Enrollment
NECDC enrolls children two years of age until they go to first grade. We welcome families from all lifestyles: social, ethnic, religious, political, cultural, sexual, racial, economic, geographic, and philosophical. We are a state-licensed facility through the California Department of Social Services. Our License Number is: 198013871

Enrollment Procedure:
- Before filling out an enrollment application, we require you to call our center, set up a physical tour of the preschool, and meet with our Director or Site Director. We schedule tours over the phone and generally run 15 to 30 minutes
- Tour time Slots: Monday – Friday Between 2:00pm to 3:00pm and 5:00pm to 6:00pm
- After the tour, you will be able to get the complete enrollment package, if you wish to enroll your child
- You can also download the basic enrollment package from our website. Additional papers will need to be filled out upon registration.
- Once you completed all required paperwork, you will be scheduled for the parent orientation. During Parent orientation, you will be able to meet your child’s teachers and other center staff

Tuition and One Time Registration Fee:
Tuition will be discussed during the tour. We are compatible with Los Angeles regional market rates. From time to time, we will be offering promotional rates. According to space availability we accept children and families form all state funded programs, such as Children’s Home Society, and Crystal Stairs
Registration: A $100.00 per child non-refundable one-time fee is due at registration.
First Week Tuition and Security Deposit
Tuition is due every Monday. If you pay your tuition on Tuesday, it will be considered late, and we will add the late fee. The security deposit equals one week’s tuition, which is required at the time of your first week’s tuition. The security deposit applies towards the last week of tuition with a proper two weeks’ notice. If you do not give us two weeks’ notice, you will not receive the security deposit back.
